For expatriates living in Thailand, securing health insurance requires meeting specific eligibility criteria. Understanding these requirements beforehand ensures a smooth application process.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Coverage is considered only for foreigners who intend to reside in Thailand permanently.
- Thailand Elite VISA holders are eligible for consideration.
- Exclusions: Insurance will NOT be considered for short-term visitors, tourists, transit passengers, or holders of the DTV VISA.
Required Documents for Application:
- Passport: A valid passport.
- VISA: Current valid visa (Laotian nationals may use a copy of their border crossing records).
- Work Permit: A valid Thai work permit.
- Thai Government-Issued ID: Such as a Thai Driving License or Yellow House Registration Book (Tabien Baan).
- Additional Documents for Specific Groups: Such as W9/W-8BEN forms, Confirmation from part 2, or China Privacy Addendum forms.
